Have you always wanted to run your first marathon but you don't know where to start? Have you already run a marathon and you want to improve your time? If so, join us for our fall marathon training program. You will have the support of an incredible group of runners to guide you through 16 weeks of miles in preparation for your goal race.
As a participant, you'll benefit from weekly training runs, tips from experienced coaches as well as tremendous support and motivation from fellow Fueled by Doughnuts club members. Our runs will incorporate distance, speed, pacing drills and hill work to get you ready for race day. All paces and levels of experience will benefit from this training program.
Our training program will be tailored to marathons scheduled from October 1st - November 5th. This includes (but is not limited to) Wineglass, Mohawk Hudson, Steamtown, Chicago, Marine Corp, Atlantic City & NYC.*
In order to start training with us, you should have completed at least one half marathon and currently be running an average 30 total miles per week and/or running 3/4 days per week.
